(Apex) has been authorized by Mr. Onkaar Dhaliwal of Waterloo Food and <br />Fuel (herein after referred to as the Site) to provide this report summarizing environmental services <br />completed in the third quarter of 2021. The services completed included the semi-annual 2021 <br />groundwater monitoring efforts on September 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17,2021 and the Batch Extraction <br />conducted on September 27, 2021, and the supplemental site investigation completed on October 11, <br />2021. The semi-annual monitoring of the Site is scheduled to be completed in the first and third <br />quarters of the calendar year. Groundwater monitoring results are provided in the attached figures <br />and tables. Apex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), field data, and analytical results are <br />provided as appendices. <br />This report is based, in part, on information obtained by Apex from Waterloo Food and Fuel and is <br />subject to modification as newly acquired information may warrant. <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The Site is located at 3032 East Waterloo Road, in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (Figure <br />1). The Site is occupied by an active retail gasoline station and mini mart. The mini-mart and <br />gasoline station are currently in operation with an up-graded underground storage tank (UST) <br />system. The replacement UST system is comprised of two UST with multiple compartments <br />constructed to facilitate the sale of multiple grades of gasoline and diesel fuel. Three gasoline USTs <br />and one waste oil UST were removed from the Site in January 1999. Two additional gasoline USTs <br />were removed from the Site in February 1999. The current Site layout and monitoring well locations <br />can be found in the attached Figures 2 and 3. <br />(916) 851-0174
