Notification #1600-2018-0342-R3 <br />Streambed Alteration Agreement <br />October 28, 2019 <br />Page 10 of 24 <br />• Displacement and/or take of special status plant and animal species; <br />• Reduction in available aquatic habitats to native fish; <br />• Disruption to nesting birds; <br />• Destruction of active bird nests; <br />• Harassment, disturbance or mortality of fish and wildlife; <br />• Destruction of bat roost features; <br />• Temporary hydroacoustic impacts to aquatic species in tidally influenced in -stream <br />habitat; <br />• Eermanent impact to waterguality, fish passage and invasive predatory fish <br />establishment for up to 40 acres of in-stream/winter storm refugia habitat; <br />• Removal of 40 trees within the riparian zone (10 native, 30 non-native); <br />• Tidally influenced in -stream habitat (approximately 1.19 acres of permanent impact); <br />• Approximately 0.01 acres of permanent impact to tidal wetland habitat; <br />• Approximately 0.83 acres of permanent impact to riparian habitats; <br />• Approximately 173 linear feet of permanent impacts to shaded riverine aquatic habitat. <br />• Permanent light pollution. <br />MEASURES TO PROTECT FISH AND WILDLIFE RESOURCES <br />1. Administrative Measures <br />Permittee shall meet each administrative requirement described below. <br />1.1 Documentation at Project Site. Permittee shall make the Agreement, any <br />extensions and amendments to the Agreement, and all related notification <br />materials and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents, readily <br />available at the project site at all times and shall be presented to CDFW personnel, <br />or personnel from another state, federal, or local agency upon request. <br />1.2 Providing Agreement to Persons at Project Site. Permittee shall provide copies of <br />the Agreement and any extensions and amendments to the Agreement to all <br />persons who will be working on the project at the project site on behalf of <br />Permittee, including but not limited to contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and <br />monitors. <br />1.3 Notification of Conflicting Provisions. Permittee shall notify CDFW if Permittee <br />determines or learns that a provision in the Agreement might conflict with a <br />provision imposed on the project by another local, state, or federal agency. In that <br />event, CDFW shall contact Permittee to resolve any conflict. <br />1.4 Proiect Site Entry. Permittee agrees that CDFW personnel may enter the project <br />site at any time to verify compliance with the Agreement and Permittee shall make <br />available the necessary safety equipment for CDFW staff to enter the site. <br />1.5 Access to Property Not Owned by Permittee. This Agreement does not grant the <br />Permittee authority to enter, use, or otherwise encroach upon on the property <br />rights of individuals or organizations not party to this Agreement.
