TELEPHONE: Pacific Telephone Company <br /> EWAGE DISPOSAL: Septic systems will be used for sewage disposal. You must pay for your <br /> septic system. Prior to commencing construction, you should contact the local Health <br /> Department for specifications, requirements and any local problems. The developer <br /> estimates that a septic system will cost approximately $950 to }1,600. <br /> The Environmental Impact Report states in part as ollows; In the Comprehensive <br /> Water and Sewage Study, published by the Cities and County Advisory Planning Association, <br /> he following recommendation was made; <br /> "This community may have need to apply for funding of municipal service facilities <br /> prior to 1990. The need for such facility should be administered by a multi-purpose <br /> district formed under the provisions of the Local Agency Formation Commission. Under <br /> such a district, the treatment of domestic sewage could be achieved either by a small <br /> package plant or pumping the waste into a larger urban concentration. The closest municipal <br /> treatment system is that operated by the City of Galt approximately 3 miles to the north." <br /> SCHOOLS: The Galt Union School District, advises that students may attend the following <br /> schools. <br /> Schools Grades Distance from Tract <br /> Galt Elementary School 7&8 2-1/2 miles <br /> Galt Joint Union <br /> 1011 C Street, Galt <br /> Farisite Elementary K-6 2-1/2/ miles <br /> Galt Joint Union , <br /> 902 Caroline Street, Galt <br /> All of our elementary schoo]s are becoming very overcrowded, and housing the additional <br /> students may be a problem. <br /> The Galt Union High School District advises as follows: <br /> Schools Grades Distance from-Tract <br /> Galt Joint Union High School 9-12 2 miles <br /> 145 North Lincoln Way <br /> Galt, California 95632 <br /> All buses for K-12 presently run into the area.
