Ms. Clarke stated that the original house on the Site was built in the 1950s; it was <br />expanded substantially after 1986. The old barn has been on the Site since the <br />1950s or earlier; she indicated that it was originally a dairy barn. The two newer <br />barns and the round pen date to 1986, she said, while the garage dates to 1983. <br />Ms. Clarke stated that the modular home was placed on the Site in 2008. The <br />well and the septic system for the main house date to the 1950s, she said, while <br />the modular home's septic system dates to 2008. She noted that the well was <br />used in the past to irrigate the field as well as supply the house. <br />Ms. Clarke stated that an aboveground diesel storage tank was located on the <br />Site over 25 years ago. She had no knowledge of any underground fuel tanks, <br />chemical storage, dumping or buried trash, automotive or equipment <br />maintenance, or other environmental issues affecting the Site. She indicated that <br />the well is tested periodically by Lodi Gas Storage, and no problems have been <br />identified. <br />6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br />6.1 Environmental Health Deoartment Records <br />Hazardous Materials Records <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br />regarding the Site addresses of 23702 and 23714 North Bruella Road, Acampo. <br />Laura Sauers of that office indicated that no hazardous materials records were <br />identified (correspondence, September 27, 2021). <br />Well & Septic Permits <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />well and septic permit files for the Site addresses of 23702 and 23714 North <br />Bruella Road. Three permits were identified: <br />• September 1975 permit for replacement residential septic system. A new <br />1,200 -gallon septic tank, three 40 -foot leach lines, and three 33 -inch <br />diameter by 25 -foot deep seepage pit were installed (23702). <br />• October 1984 permit for new septic system at barn. A 1,200 -gallon septic <br />tank, two 40 -foot leach lines, and two 33 -inch diameter by 25 -foot deep <br />seepage pits were installed (23702). <br />• July 2008 permit for new septic system at manufactured home. A 1,250 - <br />gallon septic tank, two 40 -foot leach lines, and four 36 -inch diameter by <br />25 -foot deep seepage pits were installed (23714). <br />These permits have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br />LOGE 2152 4 <br />
