The Compost Facility/RRF will be maintained <br />regularly by trained personnel. Maintenance will include the control and removal of <br />windblown litter, removal of residue, maintenance of material stockpiles, and general good <br />housekeeping of the site. Roads will be watered, as necessary, to reduce dust and will be <br />graded, as needed, to remove any uneven surfaces. Litter and residue will be consolidated <br />daily and transferred for disposal on a regular basis at the working face of the landfill. <br />Equipment will be maintained, as previously described. <br />The construction, operation, and maintenance of the Compost Facility will be governed by <br />the conditions of the land Use Permit§ No §.
