D. <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEALS BY SAN JOAQUIN FARM BUREAU FEDERATION AND (JfJl. <br />THE SIERRA CLUB AND UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S CERTIFICATION OF <br />ER-00-2 AND APPROVAL OF USE PERMIT NO. UP-00-7 OF FORWARD INC. <br />WHEREAS, on February 6, 2003, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br />considered this matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 11, 2003 and April 8, 2003 , this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br />public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral <br />and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br />Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said appeal, be <br />and it hereby is, denied and upholding the Planning Commission's certif.cation of ER-00-2 and <br />approval of Use Permit No. UP-00-7. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 2002 by the following vote of the Board of <br />Supervisors, to wit: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ORNELLAS, MOW, SIEGLOCK <br />GUTIERREZ, MARE NCO <br />NONE <br />ATTEST: LOIS M.
