The applicanfs JTD <br />describes creating a wedge of landfill material north of WMU-A that would keep a buffer area <br />around the WMU-A boundaries clear of new refuse and then start to build outward and <br />upward. This plan must have the approval of the CIWMB and RWQCB. <br />10. If the potential maximum <br />peak ground acceleration in the seismicity study is greater than that assumed in the <br />preliminary design, the final project design analysis will make modifications needed to meet <br />the factor of safety (determinations may be subject to the approval of the CIWMB and/or <br />RWQCB). Plantings shall be monitored each year and maintained as necessary'until <br />success criteria have been met.
