A Regulations <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. The temperature range of the windrows was 139 F- 165 F. The temperature range of the feedstock and grinded <br /> material was 63 F-67 F and 140 F- 162 F respectively. The temperature of the screened product and burned <br /> pile was 140 F and 110 F respectively. <br /> 2. All records showing windrow temperatures,when the windrows completed pathogen reduction, and when the <br /> windrows were moved to be screened were available for review and found to be complete. <br /> 3. Facility still has part of the feedstock pile that caught on fire on 10/13/10. The pile must be completely integrated <br /> into the compost process by 4/13/11 (6 months)per Title 14 Section 17852 (15). <br />
