Enclosed is a report outlining the steps <br /> and costs needed to prepare and implement a Corrective Action Plan <br /> for cleanup of a reasonably foreseeable release. <br /> The County is in the process of hiring a consultant to assist in <br /> complying with the revised Article 5.
