First Aid"Kits <br /> Closure and Postclosure Maintenance <br /> The operator shall submit preliminary plans for closure and postclosure of this landfill <br /> _ <br /> to the LEA, Regional Water Quality Control Board and C . These plans shall not <br /> be submitted later than 180 days before the next five year permit review is due. The <br /> plans shall be included as part of the application f®r'the five year permit review process. <br /> Self- Monitorin <br /> 4 _ <br /> 1. Environmental measurements of water quality and leachate, shall be reported to <br /> the LEA on an annual basis. <br /> 2. Submit tonnage records of wastes received on a monthly basis to the LEA. <br /> 3. Quantities and types of materials recycled and/or salvaged shall be reported to the <br /> LEA on quarterly basis. <br /> 4. A log of special occurrence, i.e. fines, explosions, accidents, hazardous wastes, <br /> etc. shall be maintained and reported to the LEA on an annual basis and no later <br /> than December 31, of each year. <br /> 5. Any other information concerning the landfill must be <br /> provided to the LEA upon request. <br /> 5 <br />
