G <br />The owner or operator must notify the Board when the documents have been placed in <br />or added to the operating record, and all information contained in the operating record <br />for inspection by the board. <br />6) All owners and operators of MSWLF units are required to cover disposed solid waste <br />with six inches of earthen material at the end of each operating day or more frequently <br />to control disease vectors, fires, odors, blowing litter and scavenging unless other <br />alternative materials are approved by i <br />I I I q ILZI ff� I a to lit-lor-i VIU a V- I I a <br />Alternative cover programs require weekly inspection, fly survey and rodent survey <br />during the demonstration period. <br />7) The owners or operators of all MSWLF units must complete closure activities of MSWLF <br />units in accordance with the approved closure plan within 180 days following the <br />beginning of closure as specified in Section 17763.
