Is (HSI) application to install monitoring <br />wells at Foothill Landfill (submittal April 11, 1988) and to phone <br />discussions with Mr. Doug Wilson of your office on April 20, 1988, this <br />letter is being sent to provide you with information you have requested to <br />grant permits to drill. <br />Mr. Wilson stated that the following four items needed to be addressed <br />prior to a permit being issued: <br />1. a signed statement from the Owner granting HSI permission to <br />drill; <br />2. a letter granting the County authorization to obtain results of <br />analyses on waters collected from the wells; <br />3. a proposed destruction date on the monitoring wells; and <br />4. a diagram of the proposed monitoring wells. <br />Items #1: The owner is sending a letter authorizing the work to you today <br />under separate cover. <br />Item #2: I have conferred with our client, Waste Management of North <br />America, regarding your request for release of analytical data; they have <br />authorized me to release the results of the water quality analyses and <br />related information on well locations after their review of the data. <br />Item #3: The monitoring wells will <br />construction.
