KLEINFELDER <br />FSL is operated by FSL, Inc. on property which the Lewis Family is <br />offering for sale.*+ Waste Management, one of several prospective <br />buyers, is requiring an environmental assessment of the FSL to verify that <br />the property is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, <br />and meets Waste Management's internal standards and requirements.+ <br />Hydro—Search is performing a soil—gas and fluid assessment as part of <br />Waste Management's environmental assessment of FSL.' Kleinfelder monitored <br />Hydro—Search's field operation for FSL, Inc.
