PAYNE <br />DEPUTY DIRECTOR <br />SUAJECT: FIVE YEAR PERMIT REVIEW FOR FOOTHILL SANITAR-0 <br />LANDFILL, PERMIT NUMBER 39 -AA -0004 <br />According to the attached letter dated May 25, 19ee, from <br />Mr. George T. Eowan, Chief Executive Officer of the <br />California Waste Management Board to Mr. Dante Nomellini of <br />Foothill Sanitary Landfill Incorporated, the permit review <br />for subject site is due for submission to your office by <br />November 1, 1988. On August 2, 19ee, the San Joaquin County <br />Board of Supervisors authorized the County Department of <br />Public Works to perform the required review by Board Order <br />B -e -1-7 <br />The Public Works' Solid Waste Division has begun preparation <br />of the required reports but will require additional time <br />beyond the November 1, 1989 deadline to complete these <br />reports. Therefore, our office requests that a 60 day <br />extension be granted to the existing deadline for the <br />submisgion of the five year review.
