If test results on the waste are not <br />already available, then please engage a certified laboratory <br />to take at least two representative samples of the waste <br />deposited at the Foothill Landfill and perform the necessary <br />tests to determine if any of the waste is contaminated. <br />Copies of the certified results should then be sent to <br />Foothill Sanitary Landfill, Inc., P. 0. Box 1528, Stockton, <br />California. <br />Jesse Padilla is the manager of the Foothill landfill <br />and the person who should be contacted for the arrangements <br />to take the samples.
