Box 1461 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />RE: Foothill Sanitary Landfill, Permit #39 -AA -004 <br />On November 15, 1982, December 7, 1932 and January 12, 19003, inspections at <br />the above referenced site revealed several deficiencies in violation of the <br />San Joaquin Local Health District Disposal Site Permit. Attached are copies <br />of the inspection reports listing specific violations along with listed <br />reinspection dates. <br />In order to improve the Health District notification procedures, all individ- <br />uals listed on the Disposal Permit Application will receive copies of <br />inspection reports on a monthly basis.
