In order to review each operator's winter preparaing n <br />following information on a scaled drawing not less than 1'° = <br />submitted for evaluation 100' shall be <br />I. Locate the disposal site area in square feet that will be used for <br />Your winter operation. <br />2. Locate all roads and unloading pads to the winter site andthe type <br />Of materials that will be used for the road and pad construction. <br />3. Locate the clean; fill cover material storage area and indicate <br />the anticipated amount of fill material needed to meet the cover <br />requirements from September 30 through April 30. <br />4. Locate the reserve road material storage area and the anticipated <br />amount of road material needed for reserve from September 30 <br />through April 30. <br />5.
