<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed unlabeled meal packages near entrance. Per assistant manager the food was from
<br />Cambodian Restaurant at the same plaza, and it is usually labeled but they ran out today. Provide labels for food items that
<br />contain the name and address of the restaurant the food is from along with the common name of the food item. Correct
<br />today.

<br />available to the food handler. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods
