Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. #1 Demonstration of Knowledge OBSERVATIONS: Food safety certificate and food handler cards not available during inspection. Provide food safety certificate within 60 days of obtaining permit. Provide food handler cards for employees within 30 days of hiring. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their assigned duties. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 120 F minimum at these sinks today.
