BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY O <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-75-1423 SEP 151975 U� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP N05AA- JIFLOCAL <br /> JOSEPH AND TINAy POWERS HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, on July 17, 1975, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> commission, at its regular meeting, considered Tentative <br /> Subdivision Map No. S-75-3 of JOSEPH AND TINA POWERS (c/o <br /> Chance Wong) , WALNUT ACRES , TRACT NO. 1123, for a 31 lot sub- <br /> division, on the southeast corner of Cherryland Avenue and <br /> Cherokee Road, east of Stockton, recommended approval (condi- <br /> tional) of said subdivision, and referred said matter to this <br /> Board of Supervisors for further action; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 22, 1975, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of August 21, 1975, at the hour of 2':45 p.m. for <br /> a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board <br /> of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, <br /> notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br /> oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of . <br /> and opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors <br /> being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that the Tentative Subdivision Map No. S-75-3 be, and it hereby <br /> is, approved subject to the following conditions : <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin; <br /> 2 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by P.G.&E. , <br /> P.T.&T. , and all other public utilities. The provisions of <br /> Article XIIA of Ordinance No. 892, as amended, shall apply. <br /> 3 . Plans for all improvements to be approved by <br /> San Jbaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br /> of the Final Subdivision Map. <br /> 4. Provisions for storm water drainage shall comply with <br /> standards and -requirements of the Department of Public Works <br /> prior to consideration of the Final Subdivision Map. <br /> ENDORSED <br /> FILED.............AUG 21 1.975 <br /> RAA W.
