FILLED GROUND: Lots 1 through 35 contain filled ground varying to a maximum depth of <br /> three feet. These soils were compacted for the intended use under the supervision <br /> of a state licensed engineer. <br /> WATER: The Fairway Estates County Service Area #18 will supply water service to each <br /> lot through the use of two wells, two pumps and one pressure system. <br /> FIRE PROTECTION: The Woodbridge Rural Fire Protection District advises that the main <br /> fire station is within two miles of the subdivision. <br /> GAS: The Pacific Gas and Electric Company. <br /> ELECTRICITY: Pacific Gas and Electric Company. <br /> TELEPHONE: The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company. <br /> SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Septic tanks will be used for sewage disposal. You must pay for your <br /> septic tank. The subdivider estimates the cost to be $1,200.00. Prior to commencing <br /> construction, you should contact the local health department for specifications, re- G <br /> quirements and any local problems. - <br /> STREETS AND ROADS: As of the date of this report streets have not been completed. The <br /> subdivider has posted an instrument of credit with the county to ensure completion to <br /> county standards. <br /> Subdivider has until March 28 1979 to complete. The time limit may be extended by the <br /> county. <br /> PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Regularly scheduled public transportation is not available. <br /> SCHOOLS: The Lodi Unified School District advises as follows: <br /> i <br /> "For students in Kindergarten through 6th grade the superintendent shall <br /> establish regional attendance zones and equalize pupil loading among the <br /> schools within each zone. Toward this end, it may be necessary to enroll <br /> students in schools outside their regular school attendance area. <br /> This subdivision is in zone 3, and includes Elkhorn, Venice King, Henderson, <br /> Vinewood, Reese, Lakewood, and Turner/Ray. When the student enrollment at <br /> a given school reaches 100% of the pupil loading figure, no more pupils <br /> shall be enrolled until all schools have reached 100%. Transportation shall <br /> be provided from closed schools to one or more open schools within the same <br /> zone. No school shall be loaded beyond 100% to exceed any other school in the <br /> same zone by more than 5%, and no acne shall be loaded beyond 100% to exceed <br /> any other zone by more than 5%.
