Legal Description of Facility(attach map with RFI): <br /> SECTION 12&13,TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH,RANGE 9,MOUNT DIABLO BASE MERIDIAN <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan pursuant to Public Resources Code(PRC)500M-50002. <br /> b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB). PRC,Section 44010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined <br /> by the LEA. <br /> d. The Linden-Peters Fire Protection District has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in PRC, <br /> Section 44151. <br /> e. An environmental determination(i.e.Notice of Determination)is filed with the State Clearinghouse#95012059 pursuant to PRC,Section <br /> 21081.6. <br /> f. A County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br /> g. San Joaquin County Community Development Department has made a written finding that this facility is consistent with the applicable general <br /> plan and is compatible with surrounding land use[as per PRC 50000.5(b)]. <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permitted is prohibited from accepting any liquid waste,non-hazardous waste requiring special handling,asbestos,designated waste,or hazardous waste unless <br /> such waste is specifically listed below,and unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. <br /> Tires abandoned vehicles manure stumps and logs <br /> The permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items: <br /> Disposal of automotive fluids and medical wastes. Scavenging open burning,and standing water on covered fills are prohibited. <br /> 15.
