Crimson California Pipeline (Crimson)
currently operates the pipeline and Chevron Environmental Management Company (Chevron) oversees the Site investigations along the former KLM
pipeline. The area is generally rural with adjacent properties zoned for residential/commercial and agricultural purposes. The Crimson pipeline and two
Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) natural gas pipelines are located within a 50 -foot easement that bisects the area from the northeast to southeast. The
Crimson pipeline has operated since 1952 and transports crude oil from Kern County to refineries in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Site is defined as
the eastern portion of the pipeline in Assessor's Parcel Numbers 209-060-44 and 209-080-29 shown on Figure 1 of the No Further Action memorandum.
Mountain House College Park Investors (MRCP) currently owns the Site and has plans for future residential construction. Chevron has satisfactorily
completed Site investigation and achieved applicable remedial action standards and objectives. A permanent remedy has been accomplished at the
Mountain House Tuso Property; therefore, no further action is required. On 29 November 2018, Central Valley Water Board issued a No Further Action
Determination.
Cleanup Sites from GeoTracker Cleanup Sites Data Download - Regulatory Activity
Action Type: ENFORCEMENT
Date: 2018-11-29 00:00:00
Action: Closure/No Further Action Letter
Action Type:
RESPONSE
Date:
2018-10-19 00:00:00
Action:
Well Destruction Report
Action Type:
ENFORCEMENT
Date:
2018-06-19 00:00:00
Action:
Staff Letter
Action Type: ENFORCEMENT
Date: 2018-01-02 00:00:00
erisinfo.com I Environmental Risk Information Services Order No: 21080200152
