Includes operable bulk <br />petroleum product terminals located in the 50 States and the District of Columbia with a total bulk shell storage capacity of 50,000 barrels or more, <br />and/or the ability to receive volumes from tanker, barge, or pipeline; also rail terminals handling the loading and unloading of crude oil that were active <br />between 2017 and 2018. Petroleum product terminals comes from the EIA -815 Bulk Terminal and Blender Report, which includes working, shell in <br />operation, and shell idle for several major product groupings.
