California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) Tanks: CERS TANK <br />List of sites in the California Environmental Protection Agency (CaIEPA) Regulated Site Portal which fall under the Aboveground Petroleum Storage and <br />Underground Storage Tank regulatory programs. The CaIEPA oversees the statewide implementation of the Unified Program which applies regulatory <br />standards to protect Californians from hazardous waste and materials. <br />Government Publication Date: Apr 29, 2021 <br />Delisted California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) Tanks: DELISTED CTNK <br />This database contains a list of Aboveground Petroleum Storage and Underground Storage Tank sites that were removed from in the California <br />Environmental Protection Agency (CaIEPA) Regulated Site Portal, <br />Government Publication Date: Apr 29, 2021 <br />Historical Hazardous Substance Storage Container Information - Facility Summary: HIST TANK <br />The State Water Resources Control Board maintained the Hazardous Substance Storage Containers listing and inventory in th 1980s. This facility <br />summary lists historic tank sites where the following container types were present: farm motor vehicle fuel tanks; waste tanks; sumps; pits, ponds, <br />lagoons, and others; and all other product tanks. This set, published in May 1988, lists facility and owner information, as well as the number of <br />containers. This data is historic and will not be updated. <br />Government Publication Date: May 27, 1988 <br />Site Mitigation and Brownfields Reuse Program Facility Sites with Land Use Restrictions: LUR <br />The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Site Mitigation and Brownfields Reuse Program (SMBRP) list includes sites cleaned up under the <br />program's oversight and generally does not include current or former hazardous waste facilities that required a hazardous waste facility permit. The list <br />represents land use restrictions that are active. Some sites have multiple land use restrictions. <br />Government Publication Date: Jun 14, 2021 <br />CALSITES Database: CALSITES <br />This historical database was maintained by the Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) for more than a decade. CALSITES contains <br />information on Brownfield properties with confirmed or potential hazardous contamination. In 2006, DTSC introduced EnviroStor as the latest <br />Brownfields site database. <br />Government Publication Date: May 1, 2004 <br />Hazardous Waste Management Program Facility Sites with Deed/ Land Use Restrictions: HLUR <br />The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Hazardous Waste Management Program (HWMP) has developed a list of current or former <br />hazardous waste facilities that have a recorded land use restriction at the local county recorder's office. The land use restrictions on this list were <br />required by the DTSC HWMP as a result of the presence of hazardous substances that remain on site after the facility (or part of the facility) has been <br />closed or cleaned up. The types of land use restriction include deed notice, deed restriction, or a land use restriction that binds current and future <br />owners. <br />Government Publication Date: Feb 18, 2021 <br />Deed Restrictions and Land Use Restrictions: DEED <br />List of Deed Restrictions, Land Use Restrictions and Covenants in GeoTracker made available by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) <br />in California's Environmental Protection Agency. The Voluntary Cleanup <br />Program was designed to respond to lower priority sites. Under the Voluntary Cleanup Program, DTSC enters site-specific agreements with project <br />proponents for DTSC oversight of site assessment, investigation, and/or removal or remediation activities, and the project proponents agree to pay <br />DTSC's reasonable costs for those services. <br />Government Publication Date: Jun 14, 2021 <br />Geo Tracker Cleanup Program Sites: CLEANUP SITES <br />A list of Cleanup Program sites in the state of California made available by The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) of the California <br />Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). SWRCB tracks leaking underground storage tank cleanups as well as other water board cleanups. <br />Government Publication Date: Jun 22, 2021 <br />Delisted County Records: DELISTED COUNTY <br />Records removed from county or CUPA databases.
