The annual submittal has not completed for 2018, <br /> 2019, 2020 and 2021. The business plan has not been resubmitted since March 1, 2017. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection, two 90 gallon diesel tanks, one 55 gallon waste oil drum, two 55 gallon <br /> drums of synthetic motor oil, seventeen 5 gallon pails of hydraulic oil, one 55 gallon acetone drum, one 55 gallon <br /> waste acetone drum, greater than 55 gallons of paint (actual amount was not available), Greater than 500 pounds of <br /> waste flammable solid paint filters (actual amount was not available), one 55 gallon waste soluble oil drum, and <br /> greater than 55 gallons of soluble oil (actual amount was not available)were found and the maximum daily amount <br /> of compressed oxygen is greater than 100% than reported (actual amount was not available).The business has not <br /> updated and submitted the information within 30 days. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> FA0010984 PR0521252 SCO01 06/29/2021 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 6 of 7 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
