Enclosed, please find the application package for a <br />LFG collection system at the Foothill Sanitary Landfill in compliance with these requirements. This package <br />includes: <br />• Application form <br />• Supplemental application form for flares <br />• Supplemental information <br />• LFG Collection and Control System Design Plan, pursuant to 40 CFR, Section 60.752(B)(2)(i) <br />• Proposed Permit conditions, submitted for your consideration. We understand that this can be useful <br />to District permitting engineers. I have sent this document by email for ease of editing <br />• A check in the amount of $120.00 for filing fees. Sixty dollars to be applied to this application, the <br />remaining $60.00 to be applied to the other application being submitted for the North County <br />Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill <br />As you know, these regulations require that a LFG system be installed within 30 months of this determination, <br />or by June 2007.
