HAZELTON AVENUE <br />STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95201-3018 <br />(209) 468-3000 FAX (209) 468-2999 <br />www. co. sa n -j oaq u i n. ca. u s <br />FOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL SITE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER R5-2004-0706 <br />Dear Mr. Yetka: �1�9 <br />Enclosed, please find the plans and specifications for the Foothill Sanitary Landfill Site <br />Improvement Project, being constructed in accordance with a Clean-up and abatement order <br />issued by the San Joaquin Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />This project has several components, including landfill gas collection treatment and collection, <br />placement of new liner on both native soil and over refuse, installation of two groundwater <br />monitoring wells, improving drainage and landfill soil cover, and placement of the final closure <br />cap on the topmost portion of the landfill.
