A tabulated list of all monitoring wells and monuments, copies of all field books,maps showing the locations, and elevations of all monitoring wells, and all computation sheets shall be prepared as a submittal. The tabulation shall consist of the designated number of the well or monument, the X and Y coordinates, and all the required elevations. ART 4 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT 4.01 MEASUREMENT Measurement for payment for Groundwater Monitoring Wells, including development and other ancillary activities described in this section, shall be based on the actual length of boring as measured by a weighted tape from the ground surface. 4.02 PAYMENT Payment for Groundwater Monitoring Wells will be on the basis of unit price per linear foot, as quoted in the Proposal, including include materials, drilling, sampling,screen and casing placement, filter pack placement,bentonite seal placement,bentonite grout placement, and any other work for boring and requiring placement of materials in the borehole. The cost for surface completion shall be paid per well installed,including the protective casing, cow barrier, well development, and preparation of all other work not otherwise identified. The cost for survey,permits, and any other item not identified above shall be included in Mobilization. The contract unit prices shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, access areas, and incidentals, for performing all work necessary including,but not limited to preparation of submittals, permitting and permit fees, and other work identified herein.
