The Report was <br /> prepared by Shaw Environmental, Inc., and stamped by Certified Hydro Geologist Julian C. <br /> Isham No. 007. The report is deemed non compliant with Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> Order No. R5-2003-0020. Please review the following compliance issues: <br /> • 2.k. - Discharger has not provided graphs of soil pore gas monitoring parameters <br /> showing historical trends at each monitoring point as required by Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (MRP) Order No. R5-2003-0020, Section D.2. <br /> • 2.p. - Report did not include monitoring well MW-1 through MW-3 field data sheets <br /> describing disposition of purge water, calculated volumes removed, or well recovery <br /> times, etc_ <br /> • 2.q. - Report did not evaluate cation/anion balance as required in the MRP, Section D.1. <br /> Attached is the Monitoring Report Compliance Checklist for the Foothill Sanitary Landfill. The <br /> checklist should be reviewed and comments addressed, as appropriate, in subsequent <br /> monitoring reports.
