Waverly Road <br />Linden, CA 95236 <br />Dear Mr. Dell Era, <br />Subject: Flare Station Installation <br />Reference: Foothill Sanitary Landfill Site Improvement Project <br />WBI has notified by PEI that the flare station has an expected ship date of <br />November 30, 2006, and an anticipated delivery date during the first week of <br />December. I believe that we can have the flare station fully installed and <br />operational by January 1, 2007. <br />As we currently stand the completed installation will fall outside of our contracted <br />schedule and after the November 31St deadline set by the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board. As you can see from the accompanying documentation WBI has <br />made every effort to have the flare station onsite and installed by the deadline, <br />even going so far as to order the submittals prior to the start of work (the first <br />contract was June 15th) and before possessing executed contracts. <br />It is our every intent to install the flare station within days of its arrival and <br />acceptance and will update you as to its manufacturing and shipping status. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dennis M.
