Sugar, Tracy <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed Siegfried's <br />1/7/2021 emailed response and revised Appendix 2 to Sewer Design Memo (see below) EHD's letter dated <br />12/24/2020 regarding the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Design for the Michaels Tenant <br />Improvement Plans dated 12/24/2020. The information reviewed includes the following: <br />Revised Engineer Design Septic System blue print by Siegfried dated 1/7/2021 (the Revised Blue <br />Print) SR0082950 <br />Sanitary Sewer Design and Operational Parameters EE Trading by Siegfried dated 11/6/2020 (the <br />Sewer Design Memo) SR0082950 <br />Response to Plan Check Comments and Alternate Nitrate Loading Analysis Holly Commerce Center <br />Buildings E&E by Siegfried dated 11/6/2020 (the NL Analysis) SR0080748 <br />Siegfried has revised the average daily flow (ADF) to reflect peak use per employee to 7 gallons per day <br />(gpd), and ADF for maximum 700 employees over distribution of 3 shifts per day to 4,900 gpd. Siegfried also <br />revised calculation of Nitrate Loading to 9.698 parts per million (ppm) of nitrate as nitrogen (NO3-N).
