TRAINA BROTHERS PROJECT <br /> PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> The proposed Traina Brothers General Plan Amendment would change the <br /> Land Use Circulation Element map from Agriculture to Rural Residential <br /> for a 26-acre parcel located on the south side of Fairoaks Road, adja- <br /> cent to the existing Valpico Rural Residential Area. The underlying <br /> project is a 14-lot rural residential subdivision under the RR-65 <br /> (Rural Residential ; 65 , 000-square-foot minimum lot size) zoning <br /> classification. <br /> The EIR also addresses the cumulative effects of the conversion of <br /> adjacent land from Agriculture to Rural Residential .
