EDWARDS (GP-86-1 ) AND <br /> -..., THE APPEAL OF MIKE ERCEG (GP-85x10 ) AND AMENDING THE SAN•3OAQUIN <br /> COUNTY GENERAL PLAN BY APPROVING GP-86-1 AND GP-85-10 . <br /> WHEREAS , on October 17 , 1985 the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin did deny General Plan Amendment No. GP-86-1, as <br /> shown in Planning Commission Resolution No. PC-86-5, and said action <br /> was appealed; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 16 , 1986 the Planning Commission of the <br /> County of San Joaquin did deny General Plan Amendment No. GP-85-10, as <br /> shown in Planning Commission Resoluton No. PC-86-6 , and said action <br /> was appealed; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct a <br /> public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in <br /> accordance with law and oral or documentary evidence having been <br /> received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board- of <br /> Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the internal <br /> consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of the <br /> amendment; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br /> the appeal of William D. Edwards (GP-86-1 ) and the appeal of Mike <br /> Erceg (GP-85-10 ) be approved and that the the Land Use/Circulation <br /> Element of the General Plan of San Joaquin County is hereby amended by <br /> approval of the following: <br /> 1. General Plan Amendment Application No. GP-86-1, to amend the <br /> Map of the General Plan Land Use/Circulation Element from <br /> Agriculture to Rural Residential for a 26-acre parcel located <br /> on the south side of Fairoaks Road, adjacent to the Valpico <br /> rural residential area, southeast of Tracy, as shown on <br /> Attachment A. <br /> 2. General Plan Amendment Application No. GP-85-10, to amend the <br /> Map of the General Plan Land Use/Circulation Element from <br /> Highway Service to Limited Industrial, located southwest of <br /> Eleventh Street and Interstate I-5 , east of Tracy, as shown <br /> on Attachment B. <br /> GP-86-1 ✓i GP-85-10 -1- Res . 87-752 <br />
