The school <br />district is requesting that the County require the formation of a <br />Community Facilities District (CFD) under the Mello -Roos bill to <br />assure adequate financing of school facilities. <br />Tracy Rural Fire District (response, 6-21-87): <br />See staff report discussion. <br />Bureau of Fire Prevention (response, 8-24-87): <br />The Fire Warden recommends a public water system or residential <br />sprinkler protection for the development. <br />Soil Conservation Service (response, 6-31-87): <br />Tae District Conservationist indicates that the project site <br />comprises prime agricultural soils which are rated severe for <br />septic tank filter fields and for building foundations. he indi- <br />cates that the project appears to be leapfrogging a rural sub- <br />division into prime agricultural soils. <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company (response, 8-21-87): <br />See Conditions of Approval.
