My client' s engineer , Glen <br /> Bomback, is in the process of determining whether the subdivi- <br /> sion could be redrawn as a planned unit development so that a <br /> conflict of the airport zone , if any, can be avoided. Once <br /> these plans have been prepared and approved by my clients I <br /> would then like to schedule a meeting with you so that we can <br /> involve the staff in any new proposed design for the property. <br /> In addition we are continuing to compile information <br /> concerning the toxic problem that you raised as a concern in <br /> your memorandum.
