S H. <br /> San Joaquin County, California <br /> Dear Sirs : <br /> San Joaquin Local Health district recommended the follo�iing: This proposal <br /> shall meet the requirements of the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 549, including the following: <br /> 1 . Sewage disposal area as determined by percolation tests are to be <br /> shown on the final map. <br /> 2. The domestic well sites are to meet the isolation requirements of <br /> rules and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance 549; well sites <br /> are to be shown on the final map. <br /> 3. Minimum disposal area for each lot shall be recorded on tie deed for <br /> restrictions on land use. <br /> 4. It is recommended that the restriction on land use requirements for <br /> 12,000 sq. ft. minimum for sewage disposal requirement be published <br /> In the Commissioners Report for the subdivision. <br /> 5. Compliance with Well Ordinance No. 1,162 relative to construction, <br /> installation and inspection. <br /> This subdivision was approved with the above conditions that individual domes- <br /> tic wells would have to be installed under a well permit and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District; and with the condition that Individual sewage disposal systems <br /> would have to be installed under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District. Soil conditions are such that leach lines and seepage pits can be <br /> installed and can be expected to function satisfactorily. <br /> Very truly yours , <br /> Jack J.
