The provisions of Article XIIA or Ordinance <br /> 392 , as amended , shall apply . <br /> 3 ) Plans for all improvements to be approved by the San .Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the final subdi- <br /> vision . <br /> 4) Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with standards and re- <br /> quirements of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration of <br /> the final subdivision map. The storm drainage easement shall be shown <br /> as part of the adjacent lots . <br /> 5) Septic tanks and wells shall be constructed to conform to the require- <br /> ments of the Local health District and the Department of Public Works . <br /> h ) The minimum net lot area shall be as permitted by Ordinance of the: <br /> County of San Joaquin . <br /> 7) Street improvements in compliance with the decision of <br /> Planning Commisson and the Board of Supervisors . <br /> 8) Section 2D. 7 , Drawings and Plans of Ordinance 1748 , be waived . <br />
