A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> C. Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic <br /> yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> "Engineered Grading Requirements . " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> JH/tp <br />
