e . Lathrop Road shall be dedicated and fully improved on the subdivided side to half of an 84-foot right-of-way in accordance with the adopted Lathrop Specific Road Plan. f . A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the development . The use of the Louise Avenue terminal line shall be supplemented with detention ponds. The storm drainage plan for the development shall conform to the Lathrop Storm Drainage Master Plan currently being developed. The developer shall pay his proportionate share of the Lathrop Area of Benefit No. 6 drainage fees of $8 , 080 . 00. g. Street lighting shall be provided for the interior streets within the development and along the frontage of Lathrop Road. h. The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 4 (Zone A) and the Lathrop Lighting District prior to appro- val of the Final Map to provide for the operation and maintenance of storm drainage and street lighting facili- ties, respectively. i . Connection to the Lathrop public water system (which con- forms to the requirements of the Local Health District, the Department of Public Works , and the Lathrop County Water District) is required. The system shall provide adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protec- tion in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District. j . The public sewer shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements of the Local Health District , the Department of Public Works , and the Lathrop County Water District, with service provided by the Lathrop County Water District . k. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric Company and all other public utilities. 1 . All utilities shall be underground. m. Access from Lathrop Road shall be restricted for Lots 1 and 36 . 3 . Local Health District : Connection to an approved public water supply and public sewer system is required. 4 . Building Inspection Division: a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Conditions of Approval - 2 - (SU-87-12 )
