e . Lathrop Road shall be dedicated and fully improved on the <br /> subdivided side to half of an 84-foot right-of-way in <br /> accordance with the adopted Lathrop Specific Road Plan. <br /> f . A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the development . The use of the Louise <br /> Avenue terminal line shall be supplemented with detention <br /> ponds. The storm drainage plan for the development shall <br /> conform to the Lathrop Storm Drainage Master Plan <br /> currently being developed. The developer shall pay his <br /> proportionate share of the Lathrop Area of Benefit No. 6 <br /> drainage fees of $8 , 080 . 00. <br /> g. Street lighting shall be provided for the interior streets <br /> within the development and along the frontage of Lathrop <br /> Road. <br /> h. The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 4 <br /> (Zone A) and the Lathrop Lighting District prior to appro- <br /> val of the Final Map to provide for the operation and <br /> maintenance of storm drainage and street lighting facili- <br /> ties, respectively. <br /> i . Connection to the Lathrop public water system (which con- <br /> forms to the requirements of the Local Health District, <br /> the Department of Public Works , and the Lathrop County <br /> Water District) is required. The system shall provide <br /> adequate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protec- <br /> tion in conformance with the requirements of the County <br /> Fire Warden and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District. <br /> j . The public sewer shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> the requirements of the Local Health District , the <br /> Department of Public Works , and the Lathrop County Water <br /> District, with service provided by the Lathrop County <br /> Water District . <br /> k. Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific <br /> Gas & Electric Company and all other public utilities. <br /> 1 . All utilities shall be underground. <br /> m. Access from Lathrop Road shall be restricted for Lots 1 <br /> and 36 . <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> Connection to an approved public water supply and public <br /> sewer system is required. <br /> 4 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - (SU-87-12 ) <br />
