A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of <br /> any excavation or filling of earch material : <br /> ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable . <br /> (3 ) Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> 5 . Lathrop County Water District : <br /> The developer shall provide the District with all plans of <br /> water/sewer lines, pay all fees, and meet all specifications <br /> and requirements of the Lathrop County Water District . <br /> 6 . Manteca-Lathrop Rural Fire District: <br /> The subdivision shall conform to the requirements in accor- <br /> dance with the Uniform. Building Code, Uniform Fire Code, <br /> National Fire Protection Agency, and related local ordinances . <br /> 7 . Pacific Gas & Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision and shall be <br /> dedicated when the final map is filed. <br />
