Table 2 itemizes $812,710 estimates for Corrective Action for each facility listed above. "Coverage is <br /> afforded at$1 million per occurrence with a$1 million annual aggregate within the San Joaquin County Self- <br /> Insurance Trust Fund." Also attached is a 28 April 2003 San Joaquin County,Auditor-Controller memorandum <br /> from Adrian J. Van Houten verifying the balance of funds in the Solid Waste Closure Fund are$4,331,533.37 as <br /> of 31 March 2003. <br /> The estimated costs for corrective action of all known and reasonably foreseeable releases for the San Joaquin <br /> landfills are approved.
