HIRATA <br />January 25, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: CEQA NEGATIVE DECLARATION, PROJECT NUMBER 95-01ND-75100 <br />Pursuant to the State of California Public Resources Code and the <br />"Guidelines for Implementation of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act of 1970," as amended to date, a Draft Negative <br />Declaration is hereby made on the project listed below: <br />San Joaquin County, as owner of the Foothill Sanitary <br />Landfill, 6484 North Waverly Road, Linden, California, <br />is making application for a revision to its Solid Waste <br />Facilities Permit No. 39 -AA -0004.
