Compliance Period
The Compliance period is the number of years equal to the active life of the MSWLF plus
the closure period. Each time the Water Quality Protection Standard is exceeded (i.e., a
release is discovered), the MSWLF begins a Compliance Period on the date the Board
directs the Discharger to begin an Evaluation Monitoring Program. The Discharger has not demonstrated that intrawell comparisons are
appropriate for this site. Well MW-1 is identified as a background well.
The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the effective date of this
Order.
Ordered by
WILLIAM H.
