e <br />The interim tipping area will be supervised by the on -duty Solid Waste Recovery <br />Supervisor. The Solid Waste Site Manager will also be able to supervise the <br />area, if needed. <br />Site personnel that will be working at the interim public tipping area includes: <br />of employees Job Title <br />® 1 Solid Waste Recovery Worker <br />• 1 Equipment Operator I <br />• 2 Senior Solid Waste Recovery Worker <br />• 3 Solid Waste Recovery Worker <br />Total 7 <br />Alternate Work Program Participants will also be utilized at the interim public <br />tipping area to control litter and perform recycling activities. <br />DAILY COVER <br />The daily waste received at the interim public tipping area will be covered with a <br />minimum of 6 inches of compacted soil and/or ADC tarps at the end of each <br />operating day to control vectors, fires, odor, blowing litter, and scavenging. <br />M:\Jaime\NCRCSL OPS PLAN 100707 TO 102107.doc <br />Page 6 <br />9/28/2007 <br />
