All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Front hand sink at meat department is in disrepair. <br />Soap dispenser at bakery/deli dispenses soap intermittently. <br />A pump style soap was placed at this hand sink temporarily. <br />Repair/replace these soap dispensers so that they are in good working order. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed personal items (scarf and a hat) stored on the same shelf sa caramels and icing. <br />Store personal items in a separate location from food items. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from food, <br />utensils, packing material and food-contact surfaces. (114254, 114254.1, 114254.2) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a few heat light bulbs that were inoperative at the deli display hot case. <br />Repair/replace. Corrected during inspection. <br />Observed heat light bulbs that are inoperative in rotisserie hot hold case. <br />Provide operative lights for this case. <br /> <br />Observed debris on rotisserie hot hold case shelves. Clean and sanitize. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
