Provide a hand sink in the cooking area with hot and cold water available,with <br /> hot water at least 100 F minimum, and supplied with soap and paper towels dispensers. Correct within 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
