Page 2 of 3 <br />CCR 66266.130(c) Failed to: (1) Drain of free-flowing oil, (2) Reclaim Metal (3) close container with initial <br />date of accumulation, label "drained used oil filters", (4) store <1 to/<1 year, (5) Retain bill of lading for <br />filters for 3 years. <br />We are providing the store with a new accumulation sticker, since they just had this drum replaced. A picture of <br />the drum labeled properly by early next week. The drum is kept closed. <br />CCR 66265.192 Failed to comply with new HW tank system assessment requirements <br />We are aware of the HW tank system assessment requirements and are working diligently to get all the store in <br />the state of California completed. We just finish all of Los Angeles County and have moved to San Diego County. <br />Our Consultant visiting San Joaquin County area next week. They will be taking the initial survey of the tanks at <br />each site and detailing if anything that needs to be done to bring each tank to code. I should have the report of <br />their visit by the week of January 16th. We would be able to better determine the completion of the HW tank <br />system assessment. <br />CCR 66265.195(a) Failed to conduct daily inspections of HW Tanks <br />Attached is the completed daily inspections for the past 3 months. <br />I 'iad difficulty attaching our training records, So I am going to have to send them to you tomorrow.
