I <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />(d) Defendants are each required to comply with the provision of Title 23, California Code <br />of Regulations, section 2638 (test and certify UST monitoring equipment). <br />(e) Defendants are each required to comply with the provisions of Health and Safety Code <br />sections 25290.1, subdivision (c)(2), 25290.2, subdivisions (c)(2) and 25291(a)(2) (construct, <br />operate, and maintain secondary containment systems). <br />(f) Defendants are each required to comply with the provision of Title 23, California Code <br />of Regulations, section 2637 (test secondary containment systems). <br />(g) Defendants are each required to comply with the provisions of Health and Safety Code <br />sections 25292.4 and 25292.5, and Title 23, California Code of regulations, section 2644.1 <br />(perform enhanced leak detection testing). <br />(h) Defendants are each required to comply with the provisions of Health and Safety Code <br />sections 25290.1, subdivision (d), 25290.2, subdivision (d), 25291, subdivision (b), and 25292, <br />subdivision (a), and Title 23, California Code of Regulations, sections 2630, subdivision (d) and <br />2641, subdivision (a) (maintain an UST monitoring system capable of detecting an unauthorized <br />release from any portion of the underground storage system at the earliest possible opportunity). <br />(i) Defendants are each required to comply with the provision of Title 23, California Code <br />of Regulations, section 2635, subdivision (b) (maintain USTs in a manner to prevent releases due <br />to spills during product delivery). <br />6) Defendants are each required to comply with the provisions of Health and Safety Code <br />sections 25290.1, subdivision (f), 25290.2, subdivision (e), 25291, subdivision (c), 25292, <br />subdivision (d), and 25292.1, subdivision (a), and Title 23, California Code of Regulations, <br />section 2635, subdivision (c)(1) (provide USTs with equipment to prevent spills and overfills and <br />operate USTs to prevent spills and overfills). <br />(k) Defendants are each required to comply with the provision of Health and Safety Code <br />section 25284, subdivision (a)(1) (obtain a permit fo operate an UST system). <br />(1) Defendants are each required to comply with the provisions of Health and Safety Code <br />sections 25294 and 25295 (record or report any unauthorized release from the UST, and any spill <br />or overfill). <br />I <br />Final Consent Judgment (Case No. 34-2014-00164107) <br />
