Trixia marked the contents on the HW label at the time of <br /> inspection(IMG 2061). <br /> -An open blue bin labeled with"Weekly StrongPak Accumulation Bin,""Capped Amber Vials(bag liquids),"and <br /> "Loose Pills(bagged)"was found containing bags of loose pills and vials with pills(IMG 2060, 2062-2063). <br /> According to Trixia, loose pills and other pharmaceuticals that are to be managed as HW are first placed in this blue <br /> bin until processed and put into the pharmacy HW tote every Friday, at the latest. <br /> Hazardous waste container storage and transfer areas shall be inspected weekly for leaking containers and for <br /> deterioration of containers and the containment system caused by corrosion and other factors.
